Rescue Me ID: 17-09-19-00052Paulie (female)

Bull Terrier    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Paulie is a very sweet and gentle girl. We suspect some abuse and certainly neglect given her physical condition when we rescued her. Paulie had surgery on one ear and the resulting scar tissue causes that ear to droop. We think that it gives her character. Paulie is awesome with people of all sizes. She will put her head under your arm and moan while being petted. She is on a non grain/non poultry diet and should be for life. Paulie would do well as an only dog and no cats. Rescue Me ID: 17-09-19-00050Pearl (female)

Bull Terrier    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Not Good w/ Other Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Pearl is such a beautiful and fun dog. She is a typical English Bull Terrier, high energy but able to settle and sleep, always ready for play time. Pearl loves to chase balls and just explore the yard. Pearl is exposed to other dogs throughout the day. We have not found her to be reactive, however this was given as the reason for her surrender. She pulls a bit while walking on the leash but I suspect she simply has not be taught how to walk properly. Pearl is very good to handle. She has no food or toy guarding and is not a tail chaser as many EBT are. Pearly will do well in a home as an only pet and with folks who are active.
