Rescue Me ID: 16-07-20-00119Lucy (female)

Bull Terrier    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current, Deaf

Lucy is a 2 1/2yr old 40# bull terrier. She loves other dogs and wants a canine companion that will play all day and snuggle all night. She prefers a home with a doggie door or a person that is home most of the day so she can go out whenever she wants. She had a UTI when she came to us, resumably form being created too much. She is probably too active and physical for small children but older kids would be great. She is deaf but is pretty easy really. She has allergies and eats a diet of raw meat and bones. Foster mom is happy to help you learn about feeding this way, it takes a little more prep but it is not more expensive than a ... (Read More)premium kibble. More info (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 16-07-14-00646Gringa (female)

Bull Terrier Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Most Cats
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Gringa is a very sweet girl and very gentle. She does seem to bond closely with people and be the type of dog that would be protective over her people. She is 2 years of age and 58 pounds. We have an update on Gringa from her foster momma: Gringa is an amazing dog!! She is house trained and we left her in our bedroom all day and she didn't do anything bad. She does okay in a crate but gets her feelings a little hurt when put in the crate as if it is a punishment. She follows me everywhere and isn't hyper....very layed back. Likes to be with her people. Very inquisitive and extremely smart! She does what you tell her and wants to please. She ... (Read More)has no issue with her back end being touched. She loves tennis balls but is very protective over her toys if another dog comes near them! I definitely think she needs to be an only dog. Cats she is fine with and has even been nose to nose with mine. She is scared of my unfriendly cat though. Caged small animals such as rabbit, guinea pig and prairie dog she is very interested in so they would have to be kept way out of reach. She does very well in the car and loves riding in the front with her face in front of the ac! She is a very amazing girl and deserves the very best home.NOTE: WE HAVE HAD SOME PEOPLE ASK, NO HER EARS ARE NOT CROPPED THEY NATURALLY STAND UP LIKE THAT. SO ADORABLE AND SHE HAS THE MOST GORGEOUS GOLDEN EYES. $50 to adopt. If you are interested in adopting please feel out an adoption app at (Less)
