|Rescue Me ID: 16-10-24-00071MIssy (female)|
This sweet and silly girl is Missy. She will have been a foster with us for a year in November. Missy needs a forever home with no children or other pets. She is around 6 years old or so, and spayed. Missy is up to date on her vaccines, crate trained, house trained, knows various commands, walks fairly well on leash, is very smart, and quite a hilarious girl. She has a genetic skin issue which can be maintained with treatments of cephalexin and prednisone. Both of these medications are inexpensive or free at certain pharmacies. Seasonal allergies can make her skin look worse sometimes too but Missy doesn't really mind. She is quite happy as long as someone will get her out for walks, cuddles and other adventures. She enjoys car rides greatly too. If you are looking for a wonderful companion or addition to the family, contact Captainspish@gmail.com for more information about Missy. Her adoption fee is $350. |Rescue Me ID: 16-04-07-00169Smooch (female)|
Introducing Smooch! Smoochie is a sweet girl about 6 years old. She is good with male dogs and can sometimes be OK with some females, but can also be aggressive with them so would do best as an only dog or in a household with a male dog. She loves people and although she can be barky when she meets new friends, if you throw the ball for her, she quickly becomes all yours - this lovely lady LOVES to fetch the ball. So, if you have a good ball-throwing arm or a ball thrower, maybe you could be her person. Check out Smooch in action and learn about her from one of her favorite volunteers over on Youtube.

Bull Terrier Dogs can make good pets in Ohio if they match your IifestyIe. Bull Terriers are stocky, solid dogs that were once bred to be very fierce but today are much gentler. Bull Terriers are companionable, thrive on attention, and do not like to be left alone for hours or left out of activities. Bull Terriers are spunky and energetic but need to get plenty of brisk exercise or they may become lazy and put on weight. Bull Terriers like children but do not like to be teased. Bull Terriers can be good pets but it is important that they are thoroughly socialized and obedience trained. Bull Terriers sometimes are not good with other household pets and can sometimes be aggressive with other dogs.
