Rescue Me ID: 17-01-17-00180Micky (male)

Bull Terrier    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Male Dogs Only, Good w/ Most Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Very High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Micky is 2 years old 76 lbs neutered male American Pitbull Terrier. He is very smart and learns things very fast. We took him to three training courses before. He knows a lot of commands, like sit, down, stay, come, roll, leave it, drop it, touch and etc. He is very adorable and loves to hang out with people (may get too excited with new people). He is energetic and loves to walk with you in the woods or goes to a long run. He is a very sweet boy if you get his energy out. With a toy or some peanut butter in front, he can run hours on treadmill, so you don't have to walk him in the rain/snow if you don't want to. He is also good with ... (Read More)cats and kids. I have two cats and he gets along with them very well. My dog walker sometimes brings her kids over to play with Micky. However, he may not get along well with other dogs especially big male dogs, but it depends. He used to play very well with my roommate's mastiff mixed dog. I'm looking for a responsible person or couple who likes to work out and do not mind to take Micky for walks and runs at least twice a day and one mile each time. Also, we would like to visit him from time to time. Feel free to contact me if you are interested. You will need to pay $200 to show you are serious about the adoption, this money will be donated to animal shelters. No negotiation, please. Thank you. (Less)

Bull Terrier Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Look at Bert our 3 year old pointer mix. What a handsome boy. He was impounded by animal control as a stray and unfortunately we don't know anything about his past. But there are no indications of any emotional scars. He is such a well mannered dog who barely barks. Completely housebroken and good with other dogs. He wants his own family where can be loved and love back. BERT weighs about 45 lbs. He is currently in a foster home where he showed nothing but the most perfect behavior. We are a rescue organization located in Georgia and have weekly transport available for our pups to relocate up north with their new forever families. Our ...
