|Rescue Me ID: 15-09-19-00515TILLY (female)|
TILLY's Info... I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs. TILLY's Story... TILLY is a Bull Terrier Mix weighing in at about 50 pounds. She is a pretty laid-back 5 year old and because she is middle aged, her adoption fee is reduced! TILLY loves playing outside! She enjoys playing with toys; balls and frisbee are a couple of her favorites! She gets along just fine with other dogs and loves life now that she is out of the shelter (where she spent about a year waiting to be adopted)! This girl is very lovable and loves getting attention. A favorite past time - napping in her bed! Perfect for those lazy weekends! TILLY is participating in training at 'PAWS BEHIND BARS,' OLDHAM COUNTY'S LUTHER LUCKETT INMATE DOG TRAINING PROGRAM, and is learning all the commands, manners and other skills she'll need to interact politely with humans and other dogs. She comes fully-vetted, spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and microchipped. To meet Tilly, please contact Adopt Me! Bluegrass Pet Rescue at email: Adoptmebpr@aol.com or phone 502-777-1442. (Less)

Meet Miley! She's a bull terrier mix who's about a year and half old. She's 40lbs and super loving. She is spayed, current on vaccinations (including rabies), microchipped, heartworm negative. She has a lot of energy, but responds well to instruction. She adores children, but would do best in a home with children 5+ to avoid knocking them over. She's working on crate training and is doing excellent.

Bull Terrier Dogs can make good pets in Kentucky if they match your IifestyIe. Bull Terriers are stocky, solid dogs that were once bred to be very fierce but today are much gentler. Bull Terriers are companionable, thrive on attention, and do not like to be left alone for hours or left out of activities. Bull Terriers are spunky and energetic but need to get plenty of brisk exercise or they may become lazy and put on weight. Bull Terriers like children but do not like to be teased. Bull Terriers can be good pets but it is important that they are thoroughly socialized and obedience trained. Bull Terriers sometimes are not good with other household pets and can sometimes be aggressive with other dogs.
